COVID-19

Covid-19 Protocols

For the 2022/23 season, RK Heliski (RKHS) is implementing a mandatory policy for all guests, employees and contractors to show proof of a Government of Canada approved vaccination for COVID-19. This is based on orders of the Provincial Health Officer and recommendations of BBCDC, BC Health Authorities, Work Safe BC and federally regulated transportation sectors.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

  • Payments in full are due at the time of booking for all 3 and 5 run daily packages and Semi Private packages. Private Platinum bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking with remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your first ski date.
  • If you are prevented from traveling due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or due to a COVID-19 illness, RK Heliski will either: (1) refund 100% of your ski or snowboard adventure or (2) retain the dollar value as a credit to be used towards a future ski or snowboard adventure (credit can be used up to a 2 year time period from date of purchase). RK Heliski will require travel interruption or COVID-19 illness proof.
  • If you have to cancel your 2022/2023 heliski trip for any reasons other than COVID-19, then our standard cancellation policy applies. Please refer to our website and details under cancellation and refund policy.  We highly recommend trip cancellation Insurance.

  • COVID-19 policy updated August 1, 2021. All previous bookings prior to August 1st 2021 fall under previous COVID-19 travel restriction and COVID-19 illness refund policies.
