Burton & DeCosse - Snowboards The use of our snowboards is included with all of our packages. We offer a variety of sizes, lengths and styles. Our snowboards are supplied by Burton and DeCosse Customs. You can of course use your own! Burton and DeCosse snowboards are subject to availability.

Pulse Barryvox Transceivers All of rk's guests will be issued with a Pulse Barryvox transceiver (beacon). This brand and model are the industry standards for mechanized skiing companies. It is an intuitive and easy to use unit. Prior to your departure, all guests are required to take part in a 'companion rescue' safety briefing and practice these skills around the rk heliski lodge property.

Guest Pack One or more members of the ski group may be asked to take along one of our 'guest packs.' These packs contain equipment such as radios, shovels, probes and other important safety gear. Guests can of course switch among each other who gets to wear the pack.

Snow Pulse Pack An emergence into the mechanized skiing industry are the use of inflatable air bag packs. In the unlikely event of an avalanche, the user can deploy an inflated balloon.
